1. Your agreement with LongRun

These terms govern your use of LongRun and form an agreement with the operator identified under “Operator and contact details” below. By agreeing during signup or using LongRun on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are at least 18 and have authority to enter this agreement. Use the contact details below if you have questions. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.

2. The service

LongRun provides file-processing actions, reusable templates, visual workflows, background runs, storage and output delivery through the app and API. Available features, formats and limits are described in the documentation and app. Processing may not always complete successfully. Review the results before relying on or distributing them.

3. Your account and credentials

Provide accurate account information and keep passwords, API keys, signing secrets and download links secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account and integrations. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. Do not share credentials in public applications or use another person’s account without permission.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in the files, templates, data and other content you submit. You grant us permission to host, copy, process, transform and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service and comply with law. We do not claim ownership of your content or generated outputs.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for your inputs, source URLs and intended use of outputs, including personal information about others.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use LongRun for unlawful content or activity, infringement, fraud, malware distribution, unauthorised access or harassment. Do not bypass access controls, processing limits or security protections, interfere with other customers, or use the service to access systems or files you are not authorised to access.

Do not submit highly sensitive or regulated information unless you have confirmed that the service and any required written arrangements meet your obligations.

6. Files and storage

Temporary files expire according to their recorded expiry. Saved files remain subject to deletion, account status and storage limits. Download links may expire independently of the file. Keep your own copies of important inputs and outputs; LongRun is not a substitute for your backup system. Deleting a file or workspace does not delete copies you or your integrations have already received.

7. Integrations and delivery

You choose and authorise external destinations, credentials and webhook receivers. You are responsible for their access rules, availability and configuration. Third-party services have their own terms. Delivery depends on the receiving service and may be delayed, repeated or unsuccessful. Review the integration documentation and configure your destination appropriately.

8. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update or change the service and its limits. Processing can fail because of unsupported inputs, capacity constraints or third-party outages. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs or a particular completion time. We will provide notice of material changes where required by law or a separate agreement.

9. Fees

If you choose a paid offering, its pricing, billing and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase. Creating an account or accepting these terms does not by itself authorise a payment.

10. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using LongRun and request account or workspace deletion.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve it. Export important content before closing your account; deletion may be irreversible.

11. Responsibility and liability

You are responsible for choosing suitable inputs and reviewing results. To the extent permitted by law, LongRun is provided as available, without additional promises of fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, or limits obligations imposed by applicable data-protection law.

12. Applicable law and disputes

Nigerian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live. Please contact us first using the details below so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing here prevents you from using a competent court, regulator or any non-waivable complaint process.

13. Changes to these terms

The date on this page identifies the current version. We will give notice of material changes where required and seek renewed agreement where necessary. Changes do not remove rights you already have under applicable law.
